Lizzy Food Exports is a Nigerian food export business operated by Monday Ngozi Vineyard Ltd (RC 1176855) (RC 1176855), registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. Our registered address is 25/30 Unique Avenue, Gbaga Maya, Adamo Via Itale Road, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria.

We export premium Nigerian food products — including smoked catfish, snails, palm oil, roasted meats, and agricultural produce — to buyers across the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, France, UAE, and worldwide.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact & identity data: Your name, company name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, and country of residence, when you submit our enquiry/RFQ form or contact us via WhatsApp.
• Order & trade data: Products you are interested in, quantities, destination ports, and incoterm preferences, when you request a quote or pro forma invoice.
• Communication data: Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.
• Technical data: Your IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our website. This data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and analytics (Vercel Analytics), which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are handled outside our website via bank transfer, and no payment information is processed or stored on this platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your trade enquiries and requests for quotation (RFQ).
• Generate and send pro forma invoices and commercial documentation.
• Communicate shipment updates and order status via WhatsApp or email.
• Improve our website and product catalogue based on analytics data.
• Comply with Nigerian export regulations, NAFDAC requirements, and NEPC registered exporter obligations.

Our lawful basis for processing under the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, is:

4. WhatsApp Communications

A significant portion of our trade communications happen via WhatsApp. When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages, phone number, and profile name are visible to our team. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy governs how Meta/WhatsApp processes your data on their platform. We use WhatsApp solely for trade communication purposes.

5. Data Processors & Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Supabase (Ireland / EU): Our database provider stores product catalogue data, enquiry form submissions, and CMS content. Supabase operates under EU GDPR-compliant terms and uses ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. Data is stored in the EU region.
• Vercel (USA): Our website hosting provider. Vercel may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes.
• Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics. No personal identifiers are linked to analytics events.
• Google Fonts: Typography fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address. We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your trade enquiry and contact data for up to 3 years from last contact, to maintain business records and comply with export documentation requirements. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Technical/analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form only.

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
