- Communication data: Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.
- Technical data: Your IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our website. This data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and analytics (Vercel Analytics), which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies.
We do not collect payment card details. All payments are handled outside our website via bank transfer, and no payment information is processed or stored on this platform.

We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your trade enquiries and requests for quotation (RFQ).
- Generate and send pro forma invoices and commercial documentation.
- Communicate shipment updates and order status via WhatsApp or email.

- Supabase (Ireland / EU): Our database provider stores product catalogue data, enquiry form submissions, and CMS content. Supabase operates under EU GDPR-compliant terms and uses ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. Data is stored in the EU region.
- Vercel (USA): Our website hosting provider. Vercel may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and performance purposes.
- Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics. No personal identifiers are linked to analytics events.
- Google Fonts: Typography fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address. We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

We retain your trade enquiry and contact data for up to 3 years from last contact, to maintain business records and comply with export documentation requirements. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
